About TSDATA Cloud

TSDATA Cloud uses Apache CloudStack as its cloud management platform. Access your environment through the web console at cloud.tsdata.com.br.

This documentation is for customers. It explains how to get started with the console, which credentials you need and how to resolve common sign-in issues.

01 / PREPARE

Have your credentials ready

You receive three pieces of information: username, password and domain. Check them before signing in.

02 / SIGN IN

Open the console

Visit the official address, enter your credentials and set up the mandatory second factor on your first login.
